JESUS CHRIST HAS THE NATURE OF GOD
a. Omnipresent
o The Lord Jesus once said to His disciples that wherever, when two or three people gather, He is also there (Matthew 18:20)
o Jesus also promised His followers who would preach the gospel to be with them until the end of the Age (Matthew 28:20). These words and promises clearly reveal the same omnipresence nature of Allah.
o Jesus Christ is in the heart of every believer and He is in the Father too (John 14:20; 2 Cor 13: 5)
o Jesus Christ filled all and everything
b. Omniscient
o Jesus Christ knows the secrets of the human mind and the contents of everyone's life (Mark 2: 8; Luke 5:22; 6: 8; John 2:24, 25) cf. 2 Chr. 6:30; Jer 17: 9-10)
o The Lord Jesus also knew that Peter would deny Himself three times (Matt. 26:34; Mark 14:30; Luka 22:34).
o The Lord Jesus knew before meeting him (John 1:48).
o Jesus Christ knows all things, for in Him are hidden all treasures, wisdom and knowledge (John 16:30; 21:17; Colossians 2: 3).
c. Omnipotent
o He forgives sins (Matthew 9: 6; Mark 2: 5-10; Luke 7:48)
o Judge (2 Timothy 4: 1; Matthew 25: 31-33) Jesus Christ will judge all living and dead (1 Peter 4: 5).
o Raising the dead today and the end of time
o Jesus is the source of life (John 5:21; 10:28; Hebrews 5: 9)
d. The Holiest
o John 8:46. Which of you proves that I have sinned? When I speak the truth, why don't you believe me?
o Luke 23:22; 2 Corinthians 5:21. Pilate said a third time to them: “What crime has this man actually committed? I have not found a mistake in Him which is worthy of the death penalty. So if I'm going to beat Him, then release Him.
